Integrations

Turn form submissions into business workflows.

TechRacine connects JotForm to the systems you already use — so every submission is validated, routed to the right CRM, ERP or database, and followed up with notifications.

JotForm overview

Forms are the front door. We connect what happens next.

We build integrations around the JotForm building blocks your business already uses — no rip-and-replace needed.

Forms & fields

We map your existing JotForm forms and fields — contact, application, registration, feedback — to matching records in your CRM, ERP or database.

Submissions API

We read submissions through the JotForm submissions API for imports, backfills and scheduled syncs when real-time delivery is not required.

Webhooks

We configure JotForm webhooks so new submissions trigger your workflow instantly — validation, record creation and notifications.

Capability indicator — not a claim of official partnership or certification. Integrations depend on available APIs and access.

Use cases

Typical JotForm workflows we build.

Common patterns — each one scoped around your forms and target systems.

01 · LEADS

Lead capture to CRM

Enquiry and contact forms create or update leads in your CRM with source tracking and instant sales notifications.

02 · ADMISSIONS

Applications & documents

Application forms with file uploads are validated, stored against the applicant record, and routed for review.

03 · ORDERS

Order & payment forms

Order forms with payments create orders and payment references in your system and trigger confirmations.

04 · APPROVALS

Tables & approvals

Submissions feed JotForm Tables-style review queues with approve / reject flows and status updates back to requesters.

Engineering notes

API considerations we design for.

Practical details that keep a JotForm integration reliable.

API keys & access

Scoped JotForm API keys with least-privilege access, stored securely and rotated when your policy requires it.

Webhooks vs polling

Webhooks for real-time delivery; scheduled polling for backfills, missed events and low-volume forms.

File upload handling

Type and size validation, secure download, storage in your system, and links attached to the right record.

Duplicate & spam guards

Submission-ID deduplication, required-field validation and spam-signal checks before records are created.

Rate limits & retries

Throttled API calls, retry queues for failed deliveries, and logs so every submission can be traced.

How we work

The TechRacine approach.

Discovery first — then a scoped, supportable integration.

01
Map

Review your forms, fields, tables and target systems to define the workflow.

02
Validate

Define validation rules, duplicate guards and file-handling requirements.

03
Build

Connect webhooks/APIs, field mapping and notifications with logging.

04
Support

Monitor deliveries, handle failures, and extend to new forms as you grow.

Example

One typical path — your forms and systems shape the final design.

Step 4 · Confirm

FAQs

JotForm integration questions.

We connect JotForm webhooks or the submissions API to a TechRacine validation layer that cleans and validates each submission, then updates your CRM, ERP or database and sends notifications.

We typically use JotForm webhooks for real-time delivery, with scheduled API polling as a fallback or for backfills. The choice depends on volume, reliability needs and your hosting setup.

We build file-handling workflows that download uploads, validate type and size, store them in your system or cloud storage, and link them to the right record. For payment-enabled forms we record payment references alongside submissions.

We add duplicate guards using submission IDs, validation rules, spam signals from JotForm, and review queues for suspicious entries — so only clean records reach your CRM or ERP.

We typically need a JotForm API key with read access to your forms and submissions, plus access to the target system. Credentials are stored securely and scoped to what the integration needs. Contact us to scope your requirement.
